Risk disclosure

Last updated: Draft — not yet reviewed

This is placeholder wording. It describes the shape of the document only. Have a qualified lawyer draft and review the final text before you accept a single client — particularly given this platform handles client funds.

1. Your capital is at risk

Money invested through this platform is deployed into inventory, advertising and store operations. It is not a deposit, it is not held as cash, and it is not protected by any deposit-guarantee scheme. You may receive back less than you invested, and in adverse conditions you may lose the entire amount.

2. Returns are targets, not guarantees

Any weekly or periodic percentage shown on this website or in your dashboard is a performance objective the team works toward. It is not a promised, contractual or guaranteed payout. Actual results will differ, in some periods substantially.

3. Past performance says nothing about the future

Historical figures, case studies or client testimonials describe outcomes in specific past conditions. Ecommerce performance moves with advertising costs, platform policy changes, seasonality, supplier availability, shipping costs and consumer demand. None of these are within our control.

4. Factors that can reduce or eliminate returns

  • Rising advertising costs or reduced campaign performance
  • Advertising account restrictions or platform policy changes
  • Supplier failure, stock shortages or quality problems
  • Shipping delays, freight cost increases or customs issues
  • Currency movement and payment-processor holds or chargebacks
  • Changes in consumer demand or general economic conditions
  • Regulatory change affecting ecommerce or cross-border trade

5. Liquidity

Because capital is deployed into inventory and ad spend rather than held, funds are not instantly available. Withdrawal timing depends on the operating cycle and on the terms of your plan. Do not invest money you may need at short notice.

6. Not financial advice

Nothing on this website or in the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no communication should be treated as a personal recommendation. Consider taking independent advice before investing.

7. Only invest what you can afford to lose

This is a high-risk activity. You should only commit funds whose complete loss would not affect your financial security or your ability to meet your obligations.

8. Questions

If any part of this disclosure is unclear, please contact us before investing. We would rather answer a question than have a client invest on a misunderstanding.
